You can't avoid ageing because it's a natural process for everyone. You can't escape this phase of life, you must undergo it at your own time and pace. 1.Frowning

Frowning refers to a facial expression in which the eyebrows are brought together while the forehead is usually wrinkled as shown in the picture below. 3.Sitting For Long Hours


Spending long hours in our offices just sitting is not good at all though technology has made it easier. Your health will be greatly affected if you keep watching televisions for long hours, it makes you feel relaxed but not good for your health.
